Overview
Acorn Capital has strong credentials in investing in private markets, providing investors access to private early/expansion opportunities in innovative, emerging Australian companies via tax effective structures (including Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnerships). Since 2009, Acorn Capital has invested in private companies for its institutional investors, then in 2015 for segregated SIV investors.
It has completed over 60 deals, deploying more than $300m in capital
- Acorn Capital Expansion Platform I was established in Aug 2018 with capital deployed through to June 2021.
- Acorn Capital Expansion Platform II was established in April 2022 with capital currently being deployed.
